Hi there!

So happy you have made it this far already! My approach to therapy is centered around the concept of life embodiment. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected as well as the incorporation of one's past, present and future. When all of these assets of an individual or couple are attended to, this is where true healing in therapy can begin. I will work with you to find the approach that best suits your needs and desires in therapeutic service!

Training and Experience

In 2014, I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, specialized in Human Development and Counseling. In 2017, I earned my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. During my clinical training prior to licensure, I participated in trainings related to Trauma-Focused Therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Neuropsychometric Testing related to Neurological diagnoses and concerns. I also received my 200HR Yoga Instructing Certification with Yoga Den in 2017 and currently teach classes with Titanium Yoga.

Following Licensure in 2021, I have since received additional training in Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Firefighter Culture Competence. I have also worked in a variety of settings within the mental health arenas, including that of Substance Abuse, Children/Adolescents, Individual and Couples therapy.
